29 CFR 1926.95 Criteria for PPE (Subpart E)

The construction PPE rule that sets the general requirement to provide and use protective equipment, including employer payment for most PPE. It is the anchor for Subpart E, which also covers head, eye, and hearing protection. Owners should know this rule when setting a PPE policy.
