New Crew Member First-Day Checklist

A first-day checklist the new crew member and foreman go through together before the new member does any work on site.

You will be able to

  • Confirm the new crew member has the PPE and knows where safety items are before working.
  • Confirm the new crew member has heard the five hazards and knows who to tell.
  • Record that the first-day orientation happened.
